Due to the particularity of high import and export freight for commercial equipment, We do not accept returns on all products sold.

We accept exchanges for all products sold as long as the product is unused, but you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs of the exchange.

Cancellation Of Order

If we cancel the customer’s order due to reasons such as our inability to ship, we will bear the transaction fees incurred during payment.

If you do not want the order after you have paid, you will bear the transaction fees incurred. Please notify us by phone or email service@vawei.com before the order is shipped, otherwise you will bear all additional costs incurred by the courier interception.

Can My Order Be Modified?

Once your payment is completed, please inform us by phone or e-mail if any modification is needed before we dispatch your package. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by the modification.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours.
